09 Magazines are palletized for shipment

01 Saddler -Cut and grouped pages are stradled onto the conveyor
02 Stitcher -Grouped pages are stapled or "stitched" together
03 Clipper -After the magazines are flattened onto the conveyor on the far end of the line, the clipper heads trim away excess edges to match 'bleed' specifications
04 Folder -The Folding machine then folds the magazines in vertical halves in preparation for packaging

    Controller    Front    Rear
-Places one onsert each onto the tops of the magazines as they pass its position; there are a total of three onsert machines on this line, enabling us to put as many as three onserts onto each magazine
06 Poly Bagger -Wraps the magazines poly-wrap and hot cutters clip and seal the magazines to size specifications
07 Shipping Labler (not shown) -Mail merges our mailing list onto the poly bags with an ink sprayer
08 Sort & Stack -Automatically presorts the finished magazines according to zip codes, stacks and bundle wraps them
09 Palletized -Finished bundles are then removed from the line and palletized for shipment
